Excuse me! and other news
Again I'm late but This time I'll catch up with two topics: the melting chocolate, the restaurant Le Saint-Hyacinthe bamboo.
-Chocolate Fudge
chocolate 100 g butter
: 90 g
sugar: 40 g egg
: 3
flour: 30 g
Preparation
Melt chocolate with butter over very low heat.
Mix egg yolks with some of the sugar and remaining sugar with flour.
Then mix the two preparations and add this new chocolate mixture.
Beat whites until stiff and gently fold in the chocolate mixture.
Finally pour into 4 small ramekins and refrigerate for 1 hour.
At dessert time, preheat oven to 450, bake 10-15 minutes at most while watching closely.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Bon appetite!
-Bamboo (Neighbor Coal.)
A very nice little restaurant run by Asians. The service is excellent and fast and, in addition, they speak French, unlike the Star of the East (See article on this subject.).
The food is excellent: the pad thai was not too spicy, the soup too. The dessert is excellent (Ask the bamboo or the fried ice cream, they are the best!). The decor is typically
Asian FACOR the North American, we like it or not, but that's not all low-end!
My mother ate a love nest (or crispy noodles, I'm not sure of the name) to the shrimp was also very good. I recommend this restaurant the place to go especially if you love Asian cuisine!
Good food!
